On September 8, 2008 the State Attorney General Bob McDonnell present firm administrator, Linda Merrick representing MDDL with the gravel trophy for the "Hanover Tomato Award" for the Legal Food Frenzy competition of 2008 during the opening ceremonies of the new Southeastern Food Banks ribbon cutting ceremony, held in Norfolk, VA. Bob McDonnell recognized our firm as one that went above the call and ask that Linda speak to the audience. Linda said, that their firm was blessed with wonderful leadership and they were committee to the Southeastern Food bank and it's food drive to fight hunger. In addition the staff generated competition that involved not only themselves but the attorneys and shareholders that provided us with our success. It was an honor and privilege to be a part of this effort and we looked forward to next years challenge.
