J. Brian Slaughter  has been asked to speak at the 2009 NBI workers' Compensation Seminar.  The seminar will draw on Brian's experience as staff attorney for the Virginia Worker's Compensation Commission and his practice with MDD&L.  While serving at the Commission, Brian drafted over 600 opinons and was the editor of The Virginia Worker's Compensation Act Annotated.  The seminar will take place February 18, 2009 in Norfolk.
